On-U Sound

JD Twitch of Glasgow's legendary Optimo club night is a longtime fan and collector of the On-U label. This is the first in a 2-part mixtape series and takes the listener on an epic hour and 40 minute journey through the more post-punk and electro side of the work of Adrian Maxwell Sherwood, including some hard-to-find remixes and deep cuts in a continuous mix.

Presented old school style as a cassette tape, beautifully designed by Bristol's Studio Tape Echo (responsible for some genius sleeves for the likes of Tectonic and Hotline Recordings, and the great Tape Echo fanzine). First edition comes with a risograph print made by Ditto Press, limited to 100 copies worldwide.
